Due to the popularity of these free classes, I will be running them every half hourly.

First one starts at 10am. I will be having a break at 12.30 for lunch and then starting them again at 1pm. The last class will be at 2.30 finishing at 3pm. If you prefer you can book in so that you don't miss out.
